BALLER MOVE: Target in Rounds 10-12 in All Leagues
ANALYSIS: Marcell Ozuna came out of nowhere last year and belted 23 HR in his first full MLB season. More importantly, he did it without sacrificing for a dismal batting average. Basically, he's a poor man's Yoenis Cespedes or Matt Holliday (and maybe even secretly better). Among qualified outfielders in 2014, Ozuna was top-25 in OPS, 11th in home runs, and 11th in RBI. Yet his ADP is 126.2, good for 36th among outfielders.
There must be something wrong with the guy, right? Not really. Ozuna boasts a respectable .269 average and, at 24 years old, has nowhere to go but up. It should also be noted that his ADP is 43 points lower than fellow Marlin outfielder Christian Yelich, whose main appeal is a mid-range base stealing potential. Perhaps Yelich has more upside than Ozuna, but not three-to-four rounds more. Don't waste your early-to-middle round picks on outfielders with no real appeal. Shore up that infield, pick up a dominant closer while one is still around, and Ozuna should still be waiting there in the middle rounds for you.
