49ers Injury Report and Inactives
Deebo Samuel (shoulder) is officially questionable to play on Sunday night. However, early reports suggest the star wide receiver is expected to suit up and face the Lions. Samuel has been a key part of the 49ers offense, having caught 60 receptions for 892 yards and seven touchdowns this season.
Starting defensive end Arik Armstead (foot, knee) logged a full practice both on Thursday and is expected to play, along with linebacker Dre Greenlaw (Achilles) and cornerback Ambry Thomas (hand).
All around, the 49ers have a relatively healthy roster for the NFC Championship.
Lions Injury Report and Inactives
Rookie tight end Sam LaPorta (knee) was limited in practice Thursday after not participating in anything on Wednesday, but was reported to not be on the injury report ahead of Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the 49ers. LaPorta has caught 86 receptions for 889 yards and 10 touchdowns in his first season with the Lions.
Starting center Frank Ragnow (ankle, knee) was not seen from practice both Wednesday and Thursday, but is expected to play after not being listed on the final injury report against the 49ers. Wideout Josh Reynolds (ribs) is also expected to play after practicing in a limited capacity throughout the week.
Unfortunately, guard Jonah Jackson (knee) is listed as out along with wide receiver Kalif Raymond (knee), who was unable to practice at all this week. Both starters will not be able to suit up for the NFC Championship on Sunday.
