BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 10% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Leury Garcia has had a quietly useful 2019 season so far. The 28-year-old entered Sunday's action hitting .294 with five home runs, eight stolen bases, and 56 runs scored. The latter ranks 17th in all of baseball, a consequence of Garcia remaining entrenched as the White Sox leadoff hitter all season long. Yet he maintains a low profile in the fantasy community, as his ownership rate only recently reached a double-digit mark.
Those few owners who have embraced Garcia have reaped the benefit of a plus average and bunches of runs, along with a handful of stolen bases and the occasional homer. If you're not one of them, perhaps you should change that - especially if your league features a middle infielder slot, as he qualifies there despite not being eligible at either second or shortstop.
