BALLER MOVE: Monitor in Deeper Formats
ROSTERED IN: 0% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: The Toronto Blue Jays called up their No. 5 prospect, Leo Jimenez, ahead of Tuesday's game against the Houston Astros. With Isiah Kiner-Falefa (left knee sprain) heading to the 10-day injured list, the Blue Jays filled that roster spot with Jimenez.
The 23-year-old middle infielder has put up solid numbers at Triple-A Buffalo this season, hitting .271 with eight doubles, seven home runs, and 23 RBI across 57 games. While Jimenez doesn't have much power -- as he has just 22 career homers over the past six minor league seasons -- he can get on base at a high level. He finished with a .270 average across Double-A and Triple-A last year.

Despite Jimenez getting called up on Tuesday, though, the young infielder is not an add in most leagues in Week 15. He might not see many starts at shortstop or second base for the time being. Bo Bichette should see all the starts at shortstop, while Davis Schneider and Spencer Horwitz are in front of him on the depth chart at second base. So, fantasy managers should just be monitoring him in deeper formats right now.
