Lamar Miller's fantasy football owners will be happy to hear that the running back may soon be putting up better numbers. ESPN reporter James Walker expects interim Miami Dolphins head coach Dan Campbell expects Miller to see more carries going forward.
Considering Miller is only averaging 9.25 carries per game, it won't be hard for Campbell to increase his workload. Miller has been a disappointment for fantasy owners thus far. Through four games he has 37 rushes for 131 yards and no touchdowns. He also has 10 receptions for 87 yards.
It's hard to say how much blame Miller actually deserves for his poor play thus far this season. Truth be told, the entire Dolphins team has looked horrible this year. Consider Miller a RB3 in Week 6 against the Tennessee Titans. Even if Campbell's plan heading into the game is to get Miller more work, that can quickly change if the Titans get ahead on the scoreboard.
