Week 16 of the NFL season gets underway with a Thursday night matchup between the Los Angeles Rams and New Orleans Saints. Week 16 also signifies the fantasy football playoff semi-finals in most leagues, which puts fantasy managers in a win-or-go-home situation.
Kyren Williams, Cooper Kupp, and Demarcus Robinson are names that are squarely on the radar of fantasy managers who are fighting for league titles this week. All three players are coming off strong showings in Week 15. Can they keep the momentum going this week?
Should you start Williams, Kupp, and Robinson in Week 16? Let's take a look at the fantasy football outlook for each against the Saints.

Should I Start Kyren Williams for Fantasy Football?
Since returning from a stint on Injured Reserve in Week 12, Williams has been a certified beast. He's fantasy's overall RB2 thanks to both an elite workload and excellent play.
Kyren Williams has been amazing since his return in WK12
- 124.3 rush yds/game (Most rush yards)
- 24 FPPG (2nd most fantasy points behind CMC)
- 100 routes ran (1st among RBs)
- 6 redzone targets (1st among RBs)
- 16% target share

The second-year pro leads the NFL in snap share while averaging an eye-popping 26.6 touches per game. Williams has been one of the league's premier dual-threat backs. He's now rushed for over 110 yards in three of L.A.'s last four, while also bringing in 17 catches since Week 12. While his Week 16 matchup against the Saints isn't exactly one we'd normally target, Williams is a slam-dunk RB1 starter until further notice.
He is the RB2 in our Week 16 RotoBaller Rankings.
Should I Start Cooper Kupp for Fantasy Football?
Like the aforementioned Kyren Williams, Kupp has battled through his own injuries and IR stint in 2023. After struggling for the first half of the season, Kupp has started to look like the superstar of old in recent weeks.

The 30-year-old Rams slot man has now gone over 100 receiving yards with a TD in two straight for a surging L.A. squad that's won four of their last five games. His production can be traced in part to his elite volume, as Kupp has been targeted a whopping 18 times over the last two weeks. Finally looking healthy, he can be considered a sure-fire WR1 starter against New Orleans in Week 16.
Kupp is currently the WR8 in our Week 16 RotoBaller Rankings.
Should I Start Demarcus Robinson for Fantasy Football?
While Williams and Kupp are crystal-clear fantasy starts in Week 16, the outlook for their Rams teammate Demarcus Robinson is much cloudier. Robinson has popped up on fantasy radars in recent weeks thanks in large part to an injury to L.A.'s Tutu Atwell. With Atwell sidelined due to a concussion, Robinson tallied 44 yards and a score last week against Washington. It marked his third consecutive game with double-digit fantasy production.
Demarcus Robinson has filled in nicely for Tutu Atwell in the last 3 games
- Top 15 WR
- 14.6 fantasy points/game
- 3 touchdowns
- 6 Redzone targets (t-5th)Hope the Rams bring him back next season with a larger role. #RamsHouse

His fantasy value will be largely be determined by Atwell's Week 16 availability...if Atwell is again out, Robinson is a player I want in my lineups as a WR3. However, he'd slip into borderline FLEX territory if Atwell -- who practiced in full on Wednesday -- returns to the Rams lineup against New Orleans.
He is the WR58 in our Week 16 RotoBaller Rankings.
