BALLER MOVE: Start in 14+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR4
ANALYSIS: Buffalo Bills wide receiver Khalil Shakir will have added competition for targets in the form of former Cleveland Browns wide receiver Amari Cooper, who was traded to the Bills after Week 6 and is expected to play in Week 7. It will take time for the roles to work themselves out, though.

Shakir's snap percentages have left something to be desired, and it's unknown how much the addition of Cooper will affect his playing time or targets. He's also still recovering from an ankle sprain that caused him to miss Week 5. He played just 38% of snaps in Week 6, down from his usual 50%-70% of snaps in Weeks 1-4.
He's a risky player to start this week. The talent is there, but if he has somewhat restricted playing time again or starts losing snaps in a rotation with Cooper, he could have another disappointing day. The former Cleveland Brown usually plays outside, so Shakir could be somewhat insulated from this, as he has a 71.1% slot snap rate.
It's possible there could be some odd rotation for slot snaps and fewer outside snaps for the third-year pro, meaning less playing time. These are things only time will tell. For now, he's a decent start in deeper leagues.

Not every WR is like this, though, […]
