BALLER MOVE: Start
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2 (PPR)/WR3 (Non-PPR)
ANALYSIS: Buffalo Bills wide receiver Khalil Shakir put to rest any suspicions that his role may be reduced with the addition of WR Amari Cooper to the roster. Shakir was targeted 10 times, catching nine passes for 107 yards, against the Seattle Seahawks in Week 8. It was easily his biggest game of the season.
This is wild! Khalil Shakir not only has the best catch % in the NFL, but:
1. The next closest WR is 26th! (all others in between are RB or TE).
2. He has that top % despite also having the most targets of anyone on that list. pic.twitter.com/zbkwj9FsHd

He's easily the most reliable WR in the league right now. It's possible he's some kind of superhero with hands that magnetically draw in footballs. His catch percentage is absolutely absurd, and he's done a good job of getting open as well. He's quarterback Josh Allen's most trusted target, and it will likely stay that way.
In addition, he plays mostly out of the slot, which matches him up with less-skilled DBs and gives him an easier time getting open and making catches. He's set up for a great season and is an every-week starter in PPR leagues. His upside is tantalizing, and he shouldn't be left on benches for any matchup.

The wide receiver position has an advantage over the running back position in PPR scoring formats, typically. Not every WR is like this, though, […]
