Should I Start Khalil Shakir for Fantasy Football?

Shakir leads the Bills in receptions and receiving yards and shouldn't slow down against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Jacksonville has allowed the third-most receptions and yards to wide receivers through the first two weeks and is average defending the slot. The Bills have developed into a run-centric offense under offensive coordinator Joe Brady.

Earning most of the limited targets in the first two weeks, Shakir has the safest floor of the Buffalo wide receivers. Another double-digit PPR fantasy game is easily attainable. Shakir is a low-end WR3/flex candidate for lineups in Week 3.

Should I Start Tank Dell for Fantasy Football?

It's been a rough go through two games for Dell, who ranks 63rd among receivers in fantasy points. In Week 2, Dell had a woeful minus-3 receiving yards, an 11% target share, and a bad drop that would have been a significant gain. Houston seems committed to keeping the second-year deep threat involved, though, as he's been on the field for 66% of snaps and even drawn five carries for 35 yards.

With Houston running backs Joe Mixon (ankle) and Dameon Pierce (hamstring) dealing with injuries, Dell seems set to have chances against a Vikings defense that has allowed the eighth-most passing yards in the NFL. He bears WR3/Flex consideration in this matchup.

Should I Start Jaylen Waddle for Fantasy Football?

Waddle will be tough to trust as a high-end fantasy option in Week 3 when the team takes on the Seattle Seahawks in a road matchup. He will look to build an affinity between himself and quarterback Skylar Thompson over the next few weeks with the news that Tua Tagovailoa (concussion) has been placed on injured reserve.

Waddle -- like his teammate Tyreek Hill -- has the rare ability to turn any touch into points, so look for head coach Mike McDaniel to get his wideouts going early and often this Sunday. Still, expectations must be kept in check for him and the Miami offense. Seattle has allowed the second-fewest passing yards (257) through two weeks this season.
