BALLER MOVE: Start in 10+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2
ANALYSIS: Khalil Shakir is a must-start in all formats this week as he prepares to lead the Bills receiving unit against the Chiefs in one of the biggest games of the NFL season thus far.
Teammate Amari Cooper's status is still uncertain, but Shakir is likely heading for an active day on Sunday even if Cooper plays.
Shakir is the main slot receiver for the Bills and has been used in many ways as an extension of their run game. His aDOT is extremely low as he's often targeted around the line of scrimmage and then asked to make things happen after the catch.

The Chiefs have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to slot receivers as they like to play two high safeties and force teams to dink and dunk down the field. If Josh Allen is patient, he can keep feeding Shakir underneath and keep the chains moving.
Shakir has a great floor in PPR scoring due to his high number of targets and receptions. He should be in your lineup this week (and maybe some DFS lineups, too), as he's set to have a big day.
