BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED IN: 33% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Unless the Warriors defy the odds and trade for a big man (won't happen), Kevon Looney is going to stay put at the starting C spot while/at least until James Wiseman is fully recovered and available for GSW (which he might still be far from, given he underwent surgery at the end of December). Looney has started every game this season and by that, I mean every game the Warriors have played, not every game he's appeared into--which is basically 100% of them through Friday.
Of course, with the studs the Warriors boast at every position it's always going to be impossible for Looney to rack up fantasy goodies on offensive stats like shooting or scoring, but Looney has a more than palatable average on the rebounds with 7+ RPG on the year and an even better 10+ RPG in the past two weeks taking advantage of Draymond Green's absence. For someone playing just 21 MPG over the year, the truth is that the 6-7-1 with nearly 1.5 stocks per game isn't remotely bad.
The counting stats are never going to shine bright with the low minutes Looney plays, and much less with the few opportunities he gets on offense (12.6% usage rate), but all things considered, only 15 players in the NBA (fifteen!) are keeping up a 6-7-1 line this season while shooting 54% from the floor, and none of them except Looney is doing it on fewer than 24 MPG. The efficiency is great, but keep in mind that Looney is limited in what he can do on a per-game basis due to his diminished/limited role.

Deni Avdija (SF, WAS) - Fantasy Basketball Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 23
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 8% of leagues ANALYSIS: The surge of Deni Avdija in all fantasy leaderboards has a very easy-to-grasp reason and that's Kyle Kuzma missing time with an injury.
