BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 25% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Are you in any of the three-quarters of leagues across the Yahoo universe where Keston Hiura isn't rostered? If so, congratulations and also I am jealous.
The Brewers' top prospect hit .281/.333/.531 in a very nice 69 plate appearances with the big club, but the return of Travis Shaw led Milwaukee to send Hiura back to Triple-A. He's kept right on hitting there, with a 1.058 OPS, 17 homers, and seven steals in 223 PA on the year.
Shaw has been just as awful post-IL stint as he was prior. While Hiura does have contact issues (13.8% whiff rate in the minors and a whopping 20.2% in his small MLB sample), he seems to be a clearly superior alternative to Shaw right now. It's difficult to see the contending Brewers putting up with him being a complete black hole in the lineup for much longer when they could plug Hiura in there instead.
