BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues
OWNED IN: 50% Yahoo
ANALYSIS: Broxton was a sleeper in name only heading into 2017. Plenty of fantasy owners were drawn to his combination of power and game-breaking speed after he hit nine home runs and stole 23 bases in just 244 plate appearances last season. His ice-cold start to the year led some to jump off the bandwagon, and those people are certainly kicking themselves now. Since snapping an 0-for-19 skid on April 21, Broxton has hit a blistering .375/.444/.679, with two homers, six steals, and 14 runs scored. Obviously, with so much swing-and-miss in his game, Broxton will always be a batting average anchor. However, he’s hitting well right now and swiping bags, and is a much easier player to own in OBP leagues.
