ANALYSIS: Baltimore Ravens running back Keaton Mitchell hasn’t played this season after tearing his ACL late last year. The former undrafted free-agent running back was outstanding as a rookie in limited action, totaling 47 rushing attempts for 396 yards and two touchdowns, averaging 8.4 yards per attempt. He broke off multiple long runs despite the limited workload.

Unfortunately, Mitchell won’t come off the Physically Unable to Perform list this week. He is still a few weeks away from being ready to practice. However, fantasy players in deeper leagues or will open injured reserve spots on their roster should consider adding the explosive second-year running back to their team.
The Ravens have arguably the top rushing attack in the NFL with Derrick Henry and Lamar Jackson. However, Baltimore will want to keep their two superstars healthy heading into the playoffs, which should create opportunities for Mitchell once he returns to the active roster.
