ANALYSIS: Kareem Hunt's bye week could not have come at a better time. He joined the squad in Week 3 and has handled just 12 total touches in the absence of Nick Chubb (torn ACL). After a week off, he likely got more up to speed and the Browns will want to incorporate him as a change-of-pace back to Jerome Ford.
Ford is still expected to be the starter, but Hunt has brought value as a “backup” in recent seasons. Hunt isn't worth starting just yet, especially in a matchup with the San Francisco 49ers in Week 6. However, he is worth picking up to monitor his usage over the next few weeks.
Hopefully, he'll become a viable PPR option in deep formats.
