ANALYSIS: Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Justin Fields is expected to make his third consecutive start on Sunday against the Los Angeles Chargers, with Russell Wilson working his way back from a calf injury. The former Ohio State star has scored only one touchdown over the first two weeks this season.

Fields has averaged only 21.5 pass attempts per game over the first two weeks, averaging 136.5 yards and 11.7 fantasy points per contest. Fantasy players had higher hopes for the fourth-year quarterback, given his past success. However, he has averaged 42 rushing yards per game this year, scoring zero rushing touchdowns.
Yet, fantasy players can start Fields as a low-end QB1 in 12-team leagues or a high-end QB2 in superflex leagues this week. The Chargers have held quarterbacks to 12.7 total fantasy points over the first two weeks. However, they have faced Gardner Minshew II and Bryce Young. Fields can be a weekly winner if he starts producing more with his legs.
