ANALYSIS: Baltimore Ravens running back Justice Hill had his biggest game of the season against the Buffalo Bills in Week 4. Though he rushed just four times for 18 yards, he hauled in six passes from six targets, gaining 78 yards and a touchdown. He led all Ravens pass-catchers in receptions and yards.
Part of this was game-script-dependent. The Bills are terrible at defending against opposing running backs. They had no answer for either Hill or future Hall of Famer Derrick Henry, who just crushed them. The Bills are now tied for most fantasy points allowed to running backs per game.

Maybe Bills defensive mind Sean McDermott doesn't consider opposing running backs as part of his defensive game plan (that's a joke). Either way, Hill does have talent, so he should be added in all leagues. If King Henry were to suffer an injury, Hill would become a must-start in all leagues, and typically those players should be rostered.
Ravens offensive coordinator Todd Monken has committed to his running backs in a big way this season, and it's shown up in the stat sheet. Don't leave Hill on waivers.
