According to Jay Glazer, Falcons Wide Receiver Julio Jones felt his hamstring tighten late this week, however, NFL Network's Tiffany Blackmon reported that Jones is expected to play today against Washington.
This is not Jones' first time on the injury report. In most cases, when he is active, he needs to be in your fantasy lineup. Jones is the WR1 in PPR formats through four weeks, and this week he faces an Eagles defense that has surrendered the 2nd-most fantasy points to wide receivers so far this season.
With Jones in the lineup, Matt Ryan owners should have no problem starting their star quarterback with the Eagles allowing the most fantasy points to quarterbacks through four weeks. Leonard Hankerson will play opposite Jones today as he faces his former team, the Redskins. Hankerson makes for an intriguing daily fantasy option for those who aren't willing to spend the big bucks on Julio Jones.
