BALLER MOVE: Start in 14-Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR4
ANALYSIS: The Los Angeles Chargers enter 2024 with plenty of questions about their wide receiver room. Gone are Keenan Allen and Mike Williams and in is rookie Ladd McConkey. But if McConkey is unable to make a quick transition to the NFL, it's likely that Joshua Palmer will be the team's No. 1 receiver.
Last season, Palmer appeared in 10 games, catching 38 passes for 581 yards and two touchdowns. 2024 might be the first chance that Palmer has to really be a breakout player.

The talent is there but for this Week 1 matchup against the Raiders fantasy managers should play it safe. Palmer rates as a low-end WR4, albeit one with upside depending on what his role winds up looking like. He could definitely take a jump up or do the rankings once the week is over and we have a sense of his usage.
