ANALYSIS: While Josh Hart has been all over the board this past couple of weeks, I'm confident in a consistent set of outcomes going forward from the second-unit Pelican. Since Feb. 1 we have seen Hart reach as many as 54 FP (20-17-3-1-2 game against Houston) as we have seen him drop to a putrid 12 FP (1-8-1 against Memphis). That's why Hart is available in more than two of each three Yahoo leagues, but there are reasons to believe in a steady improvement.

Go Premium, Win More!Hart plays for a team that is actively looking for suitors when it comes to trading all of Lonzo Ball, J.J. Redick, and (potentially) Eric Bledsoe. If/when those moves happen, Hart will start getting a much healthier usage rate than his current one (12.6% on the year). The minutes are there already, but the opportunities are not.
In the seven games with 25+ minutes played this month, Hart has averaged a stunning 11-9-2 line. In the four he logged a usage rate above 16% he finished with an average 17-10-3 line That is what Hart can turn into if he gets those chances on a nightly basis, and that is far from what a 30-percent rostered player should look like, am I right? Hart is good enough as is right now for those in slightly deep formats, but he can really turn into a league-winning asset for every fantasy GM--no matter the league format--when New Orleans makes some moves.
