BALLER MOVE: Add in 10+ Team PPR Leagues

ANALYSIS: The Indianapolis Colts passing attack looks much improved with Joe Flacco under center. It's unclear how long Flacco will remain the starter, but fantasy managers should strike while the iron is hot. One way to do that is to add Josh Downs off the waiver wire.
Downs's role in this Colts offense gives him a high fantasy floor. The former UNC receiver was targeted 12 times this week, catching nine of those for 69 yards. While he might lack some of the big-play appeal of Alec Pierce or Michael Pittman Jr., his ability to operate as a chain-mover really gives him value in PPR leagues.
17. Though Alec Pierce led the team in receiving yards and caught the long TD, Adonai Mitchell out-targeted him 7 to 3.

Pittman: 23.2%, 13.2

With 17 catches over the past two games, Downs is trending up at the moment. Fantasy managers who need a reliable wide receiver in fantasy football could do much worse than the second-year wideout for the Indianapolis Colts.
