BALLER MOVE: Start in All Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: Low-End WR1/High-End WR2
ANALYSIS: Josh Downs is coming off a disappointing game against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 9. He led the team with nine targets but only caught six passes for 60 yards.

The sophomore receiver gets another bite at the apple this week as Indianapolis takes on the Buffalo Bills in Week 10. Things won’t be easy as Buffalo allows the sixth-fewest PPR points per game to opposing receivers per Fantasy Football Today. However, Downs gets plenty of volume and can be a great asset, particularly in PPR leagues.
The Colts are four-point underdogs in this game, so there’s a good chance they’ll play from behind. That means there should be plenty of opportunities for Downs to produce.
Gamers can confidently keep him in their starting lineups. He is emerging as Indianapolis’ WR1 and is a clear favorite of quarterback Joe Flacco. Despite the tough matchup, Downs can still produce and be a PPR cheat code on volume alone.

The wide receiver position has an advantage over the running back position in PPR scoring formats, typically.
