BALLER MOVE: Start
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR2
ANALYSIS: Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Josh Downs is still worth starting in fantasy leagues, especially those with PPR scoring. Don't be afraid of the return of quarterback Anthony Richardson -- though he's had accuracy issues, he likes Downs as a target and is likely to feed him.
Josh Downs among WRs over the past three weeks:
🔹 89.7 receiving grade (1st)
🔹 25 receptions (1st)
🔹 15 first downs (T-1st)He has caught all 25 of his catchable targets pic.twitter.com/gGTtQyS5yi

The second-year pass-catcher is just a great football player and one of the best chain-movers in the league. He consistently beats man coverage from the slot and is the most reliable wideout at getting open in the Colts offense. Head coach and offensive mind Shane Steichen has made it a priority to get him involved.
He also has untapped potential as a deep threat, and as chemistry builds between Richardson and Downs, we could see some deep completions from the cannon arm the quarterback possesses. At any rate, No. 1 for Indianapolis could be quarterback-proof, and it may not matter if No. 5 is throwing to him.
He's worth a start.

The wide receiver position has an advantage over the running back position in PPR scoring formats, typically.
