ANALYSIS: Josh Downs started his NFL career on fire, as he racked up 473 yards on 40 receptions and scored two touchdowns throughout his first eight games. He also was the PPR WR11 from Week 5 to Week 8.
He would have finished the season with over 1000 yards on 85 receptions if he had kept this pace up, but he has hit a bit of a snag recently, only averaging 26.8 yards per game over his last four games while scoring no touchdowns.
Colts fans are getting a bit scared of Downs' recent cold streak, considering they're in the hunt for a playoff spot. Fortunately for Downs though, he will face off against the Bengals, who have allowed the sixth-most passing yards in the league this season.
They have also given up 34.1 PPR points per game to wideouts, and this could be a great opportunity for the rookie to get back on track. For these reasons, he's a low-end WR3 or WR4 in this matchup.
