BALLER MOVE: Start in 10+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: QB1
ANALYSIS: After pushing to play last week, the Packers decided to hold Jordan Love out and go with Malik Willis for another start. The Packers won anyway and are now 2-1 heading into a huge divisional matchup against the 3-0 Vikings this week.
Love was able to practice all week, although in a limited fashion, and looks to be ready to resume his spot as the starting quarterback in Week 4. It has not been made official yet, but reports out of Green Bay are that they are optimistic about his return.

The game is a 1:00 PM EDT kickoff, so we should know sometime Sunday morning if he's officially ruled in or not. While he's expected to play, it would be wise to have a backup ready to go just in case he doesn't.
And while the Minnesota defense has been excellent to start the season, Love is still a start in standard leagues based on how well he played last year and in Week 1 against the Eagles. You didn't draft him to sit him out, if he's healthy enough to play, then you should be rolling him out as your QB in all formats.

The wide receiver position has an advantage over the running back position in PPR scoring formats, typically.
