BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues
ROSTERED: 0% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: With the absolutely bonkers ascension of both Greg Ward and most of all Travis Fulgham among Philly's wideouts, John Hightower has been relegated to a super-deep background. It'd be disrespectful to put Hightower at the same level of any of those two, obviously, but the rookie has played all six games this season and logged more than 43 snaps in every one of his last four thanks to the multiple injuries ravaging the Eagles attack.
Hightower is a low-production player that should only be rostered in the deepest of leagues. He was virtually non-existent in W1 (7 snaps, no targets), and in his other five games, he's logged 15 targets catching 7 of them for a combined 109 yards. On the bright side of things, Hightower has improved his fantasy score on a weekly basis, going from 3.9 to 4.2 to 5.8 and to 6.0 last weekend.
While the upside is nothing otherworldly, Philly is missing Jalen Reagor, DeSean Jackson, Alshon Jeffery, and Zach Ertz on the passing game, and also Miles Sanders in its backfield. If only because there are no more warm bodies in Philadelphia, Hightower should keep getting his five targets per game at least for another week, and he is third to Ertz/Ward in snaps having played 60%+ of them (253 total).
Flier at the FLEX spot in deeper leagues, skippable addition in any shallow format, including 12+ team leagues.
