Arizona Cardinals wide receiver John Brown returned to practice on Thursday after missing Wednesday's practice with a hamstring injury. His availability for Week 6 was never really in doubt - all along coach Bruce Arians said that the injury wasn't serious.
Brown has had a very good season thus far. He has hauled in 23 passes for 301 yards and two touchdowns. During his rookie season last year, Brown was a boom-or-bust wide receiver, but this season he has developed a week-to-week consistency that should be comforting for his fantasy football owners.
Brown would make for a great WR3/FLEX play against the Pittsburgh Steelers this week. I expect the Steelers to key on stopping Chris Johnson in the running game and Larry Fitzgerald in the passing game. This should create plenty of opportunities for Brown.
