Brad Boxberger spent the 2015 season as the closer for the Tampa Bay Rays, and nailed down a league-high 41 saves. His 3.71 earned run average and 1.37 walks plus hits per inning pitched are far from sensational, but those numbers were much more impressive before an ugly, four-run outing in mid-September. Eleven of his 26 earned runs came in three appearances, so for the most part, he was incredibly effective. With Jake McGee now in Colorado, there is no one in the Rays' bullpen to threaten Boxberger's job, barring a colossal meltdown. Boxberger is a borderline RP1 who should be selected in the mid-to-late rounds of every draft.
