ANALYSIS: It only took Jeremiah Robinson-Earl two seasons at Villanova to establish himself as a sought-after talent and competitor, and after landing in Oklahoma City as a rookie, the 2021 second-rounder (32nd overall) has seen plenty of on-court opportunity to make an early name for himself with the cellar-dwelling Thunder. At 6'9, 230-lb., the 2020-21 Big East POY plays bigger than his measurements suggest, and at a season-average of just 23.1 MP (5th on the team), his 5.8 rebounds per game rank third-best for OKC behind Josh Giddey and Darius Bazley.

Go Premium, Win More! While JRE has been an offensive work-in-progress since he arrived at Villanova, he has gotten off to a competent shooting start as a professional, hitting 46 0f 141 from deep (32.6%) with a 70.7% FT rate; while metrics like his 14.6% usage, 10.1% turnover rate, and 1.0 DWS evidence sharp, well-rounded activity. His shooting has slowed down a bit this month, but in the past eight games since Jan. 9th, JRE has averaged 6.1 points, 1.0 steal, and 6.3 boards with just two turnovers in that span. Keep a close eye on the OKC rotation too. He tends to play better and pick up momentum when given more PT, producing 12.5 points, 8.3 rebounds, 6 for 16 three-point shooting (37.5%), a .566 true shooting percentage, and 125/113 ORtg/DRtg (three steals, two blocks total) in the four games where he saw 30+ minutes. He has started for OKC in 34 of 42 games this year as a rookie and has been among team leaders in his areas of expertise. With the constant chance of increased hands-on experience with the rebuilding Thunder and his consistent, sharpening skillset, Jeremiah Robinson-Earl is a great sleeper shot to take in deeper formats.
