BALLER MOVE: Sit
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR4
ANALYSIS: Managers of Miami Dolphins wide receiver Jaylen Waddle don't have a silver lining to their situation. Waddle is a sit if QB Tua Tagovailoa doesn't play. There weren't the kind of huge near-misses we saw with Tyreek Hill. Waddle managers will have to wait until Tua's return.

It's a tough situation for his managers, but there have been far better players to pick up off waivers and even free agency recently. Players like Dontayvion Wicks and Josh Downs give you better chances to win than Jaylen does. It's still shocking to see such a good fantasy asset (at least compared to 2022) fall so far.
Waddle's 2022 season was probably a bit of an aberration with a lot of long touchdowns on huge yards-after-catch plays anyway, but that's a conversation for another day. Jaylen hasn't had double-digit fantasy points in any game since Tagovailoa exited, even in full-PPR scoring formats. It's really bad.
Waddle managers should put him on the bench if they can and find someone else to take his place until Tua returns. It's a tough choice, but it could help you get those few extra points you need to win.

The wide receiver position has an advantage over the running back position in PPR scoring formats, typically.
