BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues

ANALYSIS: Reed earned a starting nod this offseason after being selected in the second round of the 2023 NFL Draft. That said, he already had fantasy football value as the slot receiver to new franchise quarterback Jordan Love.
Now that Christian Watson (hamstring) is out for Week 1 against the Chicago Bears, Reed becomes essentially a must-start in deep PPR leagues. In shallow leagues, it all depends on whether your fantasy team has plenty of wideout depth. If not, there's unlikely to be much better options than Reed on waivers this week.
There's always plenty of risk in starting a rookie in his NFL debut, but Chicago allowed the 14th-most fantasy points to wideouts last season, despite facing the second-fewest passing attempts.
Reed could act as the team's No. 1 wide receiver in his first-ever game. Even in what could be a sloppy contest, that makes him worth consideration in the FLEX spot.
