ANALYSIS: Jay Ajayi went completely bonkers in Week 6 against the Pittsburgh Steelers defense. He demolished the opposition with 25 carries for 204 yards and two touchdowns. That is over eight yards-per-carry (YPC). The even more surprising thing about this situation was that he did this on a week when starting running back Arian Foster had finally returned from his groin injury. Foster checked out with only three carries for three yards and was third on the Dolphins in rushing attempts for the game. It's obvious to say that Ajayi will not be doing this every week, but Foster in all likelihood will get hurt again based on his unfortunate track record. Ajayi is most certainly worthy of a waiver wire pickup especially now that the Dolphins have seen what he can do when you give him the ball religiously.
