BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 29% of leagues
ANALYSIS: After three middling seasons playing for the Cubs, it looks like Jason Heyward has finally regained his early-years form. In 101 games this season, Heyward is slashing .277/.353/.457, the best marks at each stat he has posted since moving to Chicago. That goes along with 15 HR and six SB so far in 2019.
With the addition of Nicholas Castellanos to the team, he's expected to handle center-field duties from now on but don't think he'll miss playing time at all. Just this weekend, he's hit his first home run since July 14, but given the production he has given the Cubs during the first half of the season, he is expected to bounce back and improve during the next few weeks. The little slump he's going through shouldn't extend much more and his availability makes him a good target to add as a primary OF asset.
