BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3/FLEX
ANALYSIS: Detroit Lions wide receiver Jameson Williams served his two-game suspension for violating the NFL's rules against performance enhancing substances, and will return to the field for Sunday Night Football against the Houston Texans on November 10.
Jameson Williams is reinstated and his suspension is over. Dan Campbell used a kicking motion to say how the Lions plan to get him going right away.
"We're gonna kick him out there with the offense and get him going. I expect him to be ready to roll," he said. pic.twitter.com/JeanSTLzMN

He'll resume his role in the offense, which is that of one of the most boom-or-bust producers in the league. He's authored big games, scoring 16, 17.7, and 24.4 PPR fantasy points in contests this season, but also has two games with under two points scored. This has certainly frustrated fantasy managers.

He has elite speed and is in one of the best offenses in the NFL, but his targets have fallen off massively since Week 2, which is a concern. After being fed the ball 20 times and catching 10 of those passes in his first two games, he was only targeted 10 times in his next four outings.
Still, the upside makes him viable as a WR3/FLEX player in most leagues, albeit only in leagues with 12 or more teams. There are likely better options in shallower leagues, especially in PPR scoring formats.

The wide receiver position has an advantage over the running back position in PPR scoring formats, typically. Receivers' main job of catching the football leads to them scoring more points per touch, and those WRs that consistently get high volume can produce great results with a strong floor. Not every WR is like this, though, […]
