Should I Start James Cook for Fantasy Football?
Buffalo Bills running back James Cook has been an efficient ball carrier this season, as he has rushed 120 times for 615 yards and one touchdown on the season. The groundwork has been consistent for Cook, as he is averaging 5.1 yards per carry this year and is coming off a 100-yard rushing performance in Week 10 against the Broncos.
Cook draws a very favorable matchup as the Buffalo Bills will face a New York Jets team that is ranked 31st in the NFL in rushing yards allowed to running backs this season. Due to his favorable matchup, Cook is viewed as a solid RB2 play this week.
He is the RB25 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
Should I Start Jakobi Meyers for Fantasy Football?
Las Vegas wide receiver Jakobi Meyers has struggled in his last few performances, including his two-catch outing in Week 10 against the New York Jets. After the hot start to the year, Meyers has recorded just five catches in his last three games played.
His production primarily came from early on in the season, when the wideout saw five touchdowns in his first seven games. The Raiders do, however, draw a solid matchup in Week 11 as they face a Miami Dolphins team that ranks 13th in the NFL in receiving yards allowed per game. Meyers can be viewed as a strong Flex play this week.
He is the WR40 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
Should I Start Chris Godwin for Fantasy Football?
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Chris Godwin has had a pretty consistent season so far, as he has logged 44 catches for 522 yards but has recorded just one touchdown. Last week, Godwin caught four of his six targets for 54 receiving yards.
The Buccaneers draw a favorable matchup in Week 11, as Godwin will face a San Francisco 49ers team who ranked 15th in the NFL in total receiving yards allowed per game this season. Despite the low touchdown numbers, Godwin provides a high floor and can find himself a very healthy fantasy outing if he does fall in the end zone this week. He can be viewed as a high-end WR3 this week.
He is the WR34 in our half-PPR consensus staff rankings.
