ANALYSIS: Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Jalen Tolbert had nine targets, hauling in six catches for 82 yards against the New Orleans Saints in Week 2. It was an odd game script, with the Saints going up big early and never looking back. It's possible this could've influenced Tolbert's usage.
Typically in blowout games, the team on the losing side has the option to "rest" their starters, giving them less volume to keep them healthier for the next game. It's possible that the Cowboys employed this strategy, so it's hard to say Tolbert will continue to see this usage.

Star Cowboys WR CeeDee Lamb only had seven targets, which lends more credence to this idea. Tolbert's game was likely a fluke, as the Cowboys don't typically get blown out (unless they're the #2 seed facing the #7 seed in the playoffs that is). Tolbert is an interesting name to monitor, but nothing more yet.
