BALLER MOVE: Start in 14-Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3/FLEX
ANALYSIS: The rookie receiver has caught only six passes so far this season in the five games that he suited up for. However, he has been targeted 15 times, including eight targets last week in the Bucs' loss to the Ravens.
McMillan has a huge opportunity to break out this week as he should function as the WR1 or WR2 in this offense as both Chris Godwin and Mike Evans are out.

McMillan ran the most routes out of the slot of the remaining Tampa receivers, which bodes well for his potential success this week since Atlanta has been worse against slot receivers than receivers lining up outside.
He has more upside than a player than Sterling Shepard, who is likely going to run shorter routes but is also a little less of a safe play. If you need to hit a home run with your WR3 or Flex play this week, McMillan could come through in a big way. He should be on the field for most of the game and heavily involved in the Tampa game plan.
