Jakobi Meyers is a fantasy football waiver wire pickup option for wide receivers. Target him as a free agent add off waivers for Week 4 of the 2021 NFL season.

ANALYSIS: We finally got to see some of what made Meyers a solid fantasy option down the stretch last year: volume. He was targeted 14 times in Week 3 (including one red-zone target), catching nine passes for 94 yards. He's now up to 29 targets in just three games, which averages out to 9.7 targets per game. Quarterback Mac Jones and company have some really soft passing defenses coming up on the schedule (TB, HOU, DAL, NYJ), making Meyers an ideal player to get you through the next month if you're dealing with injuries. The Patriots just don't have much of anything at the receiver position around him as Nelson Agholor and Kendrick Bourne aren't likely to cause his volume to decrease any time soon. Consider him a WR3 play going forward, and he has the talent to rise even higher if the rookie Jones can start to figure out how to read defenses and make sound decisions with the ball.
