BALLER MOVE: Start in 14-Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR4
ANALYSIS: Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers is a low-end WR4 play heading into his team's Week 1 matchup against the Los Angeles Chargers. The addition of Gardner Minshew II at quarterback would be a buoy for Meyers except for one thing: the team spent an early draft pick on tight end Brock Bowers.
Adding Bowers to a team that already has Davante Adams and Michael Mayer creates a fairly tough situation to sort through. Bowers might take a bit to get going, giving Meyers more fantasy value early in the season than he'll have later in the year, but that doesn't change the fact that it's going to be tough for Meyers to consistently produce fantasy-relevant games.

Last season, Meyers caught 71 passes for 807 yards. It was the third season in a row he finished with a yardage total in the 800s. That appears to be his ceiling at this point in his NFL career. He's a good receiver, but he might be hard to trust in fantasy.
