BALLER MOVE: Start In 12-Team PPR Formats
POSITIONAL VALUE: WR3
ANALYSIS: Las Vegas Raiders wide receiver Jakobi Meyers found the end zone last week against the Los Angeles Chargers, but he caught just two passes and was targeted four times, which was tied with two other players for third on the team. (Meyers did also throw a touchdown in the game, but it's hard to extract anything about future fantasy value from a wideout throwing a touchdown).
Meyers had a really strong start to the season, but he's now had under 50 receiving yards in six of the past seven games. The former New England Patriot just hasn't really managed to sustain his early momentum.
Maybe that can change on Monday, though, as he faces the Kansas City Chiefs. While it's true that Meyers has been below that 50-yard mark in six of the last seven games, the lone exception in that span came against the Chiefs, when Meyers caught six of his seven targets for 79 yards and a touchdown.
Overall, fantasy managers should view Meyers as a low-end WR3 play in Week 16 against Kansas City. The fact he played well in the first matchup is a plus, but his struggles to generate yards outside of that contest showcase why he's a risky play.
