BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 40% of leagues
ANALYSIS: Minnesota Twins starting pitcher Jake Odorizzi has had a boom-or-bust type of season. On a start-to-start basis, fantasy owners. He has allowed two earned runs, or less, in six of the last 10 starts, but he has also allowed four earned runs, or more in the other four appearances. Even the strikeouts are inconsistent; he has struck out five batters, or more, in six out of 10 starts and punched out three batters, or less, in the other four starts.
Also, he only struck out five batters and allowed two earned runs, or less, in the same game four times in the last 10 contests. He will face the Pirates and Tigers this week, putting him on the radar as a two-start pitcher. The Pirates are not a great matchup, even though it is at home, so you could bench Odorizzi for that game. On the bright side, the Tigers are 30th in team wOBA (.282) against righties.
