BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues
OWNED IN: 6% of Yahoo! leagues
ANALYSIS: Longtime New York Yankees farmhand Jake Cave has found some success with the Twins in the last two seasons, even though he's primarily been a fourth outfielder.
Cave has been on a particularly hot streak lately, blasting five home runs in one week's time and raising his season slash line to a very respectable .250/.340/.445 with seven home runs, 23 runs scored, and 22 RBI in 188 plate appearances.
His playing time has been much more consistent as of late, and if that continues he can be counted on as a solid source of power and going forward. His 8.0% walk rate makes him exceptionally valuable in formats that count OBP as well, and he should be rostered in 12+ team leagues with that formatting.
Otherwise, 14+ team leagues should take notice of the slugging outfielder for the final few weeks of the regular season.
