ANALYSIS: The fact that Jae'sean Tate played only 22 minutes on Friday for the Rockets against the Celtics is a true oddity in his year-long game log. Saying that about a WW target is definitely going to sound insane, but here we are with Tate. By now you know how the Rockets stink and will keep doing so ROS and probably for years to come. Tate, one of Houston's misfits this season, has been starting at one or the other forward position for long now and has actually logged 36 starts in his total 49 games, and 36-in-39 up to yesterday's match.
Since the AS-break, Tate has averaged a ridiculous 31 MPG and dropped below 30 minutes only four times in that span of 14 games. Jae'Sean Tate, who, you know, wasn't even an NBA player last December after going undrafted in 2018, delaying his NBA debut two full seasons and playing in Belgium and Australia meanwhile. God save the Rockets for rescuing Tate.
Anyway, Tate is thriving--in the context of a Rocket-man, that is. Tate is averaging a nice-for-what-his-situation-allows 12-5-2-1 line since the break, he's shooting a good 49% from the floor, and he can hit some treys while at it (1+ 3PG in that span). Tate will give you points, although he alternates 10-point games with 20-point ones, making it a bouncy daily play. Other than that, though, he's got tons of upside on the boards and knows how to dish out dimes (on the low, but that's not his main task) while keeping TOs at bay. He makes it more on counting stats due to the high minutes than on efficiency, though, where he's just league-average.

BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 8% of leagues ANALYSIS: The surge of Deni Avdija in all fantasy leaderboards has a very easy-to-grasp reason and that's Kyle Kuzma missing time with an injury.
