BALLER MOVE: Add In Deep Leagues (14+ Teams)
ROSTERED IN: 1% Of All Leagues
ANALYSIS: San Francisco wide receiver Jacob Cowing has a tantalizing set of skills, including excellent speed (4.39 40-yard dash) and quickness, but head coach Kyle Shanahan usually doesn't give rookies enough volume to make them fantasy-relevant.
Fellow WRs Deebo Samuel Sr. and Brandon Aiyuk were fantasy relevant in their rookie seasons and developed into stars, but it took time for them to develop, and both were drafted much higher than Cowing.
All Jacob Cowing does is make plays…
He had 8 touches this preseason, with 7 of them going for either a first down or a touchdown pic.twitter.com/tFDmjBmaM3

Cowing has shown promise but is still raw. The hope is that Shanahan puts him in Samuel's role and has him take handoffs, short passes, and screens and make plays with his speed and elusiveness, but nothing concrete has materialized. Cowing hasn't even taken a snap on offense yet.
There's nothing to indicate Cowing will have much of a role. In the long term, Samuel and Aiyuk aren't going anywhere for the rest of the season, and Samuel will resume his starting duties when he returns. Cowing is still behind Jauan Jennings and Ricky Pearsall (when he returns) on the depth chart as well.
He's a highly speculative add in very deep leagues but best left on waivers. There are many better options out there.

Mack Hollins (WR, BUF) - Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 11
BALLER MOVE: Don't Add ROSTERED IN: 3% of Leagues ANALYSIS: It's still not a good idea to use a waiver claim or even a bench spot on Buffalo Bills wide receiver Mack Hollins. He caught all four of his targets for 86 yards last week, but that performance was the exception rather than the rule […]
Gus Edwards (RB, LAC) - Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 11
BALLER MOVE: Add in 14+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 20% of Leagues ANALYSIS: The waiver period has passed, but Los Angeles Chargers running back Gus Edwards is still only rostered in 20% of Sleeper leagues. BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team PPR Leagues ROSTERED IN: 26% of Leagues ANALYSIS: DeMario Douglas once again led all Patriots wide receivers in receiving yards this past Sunday. New England has been maddeningly inconsistent with their wide receiver usage. However, the one constant has been Douglas. He looks like the team’s best pass catcher […]
Xavier Legette (WR, CAR) - Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 11
BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team PPR Leagues ROSTERED IN: 36% of Leagues ANALYSIS: Legette is coming off a bit of a disappointing game Sunday against the New York Giants. Carolina quarterback Bryce Young has played much better in his two-game return as the starter. This gives some hope for the Carolina passing game with […]
Audric Estime (RB, DEN) - Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Pickups for Week 11
BALLER MOVE: Add in 12+ Team Leagues ROSTERED IN: 3% of Leagues ANALYSIS: For weeks it has been speculated that Estime would get more touches in Denver’s offense. That finally came to fruition this past Sunday against the Kansas City Chiefs as Estime carried the football 14 times for 53 yards. #broncos rookie RB Audric […]
