Jackson Holliday is a fantasy baseball waiver wire stash for Week 13 (2024). Target Jackson Holliday as a top prospect free-agent waiver wire pickup for fantasy baseball.
BALLER MOVE: Stash Everywhere
CALL-UP ETA: Late 2024
ANALYSIS: Baltimore Orioles' top prospect Jackson Holliday struggled mightily in his first go around at the major league level this season. Holliday was called up by the Orioles on April 10 and was immediately inserted into the starting lineup. However, MLB Pipeline's No. 1 overall prospect didn't last long in the big leagues.
Holliday was just 2-for-34 at the plate (.059 batting average) with one RBI and 18 strikeouts through his first 10 games with the Orioles. Given those struggles offensively, Baltimore decided to send the 20-year-old back down to Triple-A on April 26 to work on things because he obviously wasn't ready yet.

Despite those struggles in the majors, though, Holliday is certainly worth stashing in every format. The talent is undoubtedly there for the 20-year-old, and that has been on display at Triple-A Norfolk this season. The infielder is hitting .270 with seven home runs, 16 doubles, and 28 RBI across 50 games this season.
Holliday will miss some time with an elbow injury, as he was placed on the injured list on June 14. That injury shouldn't affect his numbers upon his return. Fantasy managers should still be stashing MLB's top prospect in every format.
