BALLER MOVE: Start
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB1/RB2
ANALYSIS: Los Angeles Chargers running back J.K. Dobbins's ridiculous efficiency fell back to earth in Week 3 against a dominant Pittsburgh Steelers run defense. The Steelers stymied the Chargers, holding them to just 10 points and 166 yards of offense. Dobbins had a down game, but that shouldn't last.
The Steelers have one of the best defenses in the NFL, and offensive players' performances against them should be seen as the exception rather than the rule. Dobbins averaged just 2.93 yards per carry and scored only 8.40 PPR fantasy points last game, but against softer competition, he's been lights out.
RB Efficiency through Week 3: yards vs. missed tackles forced per touch @FantasyPtsData
- J.K. Dobbins getting 86% of backfield opportunities in Week 3 was a welcome (and under-discussed) change
- Bucky Irving shifty and efficient despite fewer touches through air than White pic.twitter.com/jYuUwAtD9U

Dobbins also finally clearly beat out fellow RB Gus Edwards for opportunities. He's beginning to dominate that backfield. Edwards's play has been very poor, and Dobbins could be headed for an undisputed workhorse role, which would be great for his fantasy production.
Dobbins won't face a defense as dominant as the Steelers for the rest of the season, and that's great for his outlook. However, there are some injuries along the offensive line and QB Justin Herbert could miss some time or be less effective if he plays through his ailments.
More injury news for the #Chargers: Stellar rookie OT Joe Alt suffered an MCL sprain in Sunday’s loss and is expected to miss some time, sources say. Nothing surgical.
Justin Herbert is also dealing with an aggravated ankle injury, while OT Rashawn Slater has a strained pec. pic.twitter.com/R8nwsGzyCu

Dobbins may not replicate his stellar efficiency down the stretch, but he should be started in all leagues anyway.
