BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB1
ANALYSIS: Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco was a popular mid-range fantasy football draft pick this year. The former Rutgers star is the RB13 for the season, averaging 12.5 half-point PPR fantasy points per game. He has 158 rushing attempts for 669 yards and five touchdowns. The second-year running back also has 30 receptions for 196 receiving yards and a touchdown this season.
Last week, Pacheco broke out of his three-game slump. The young running back had averaged 65 rushing yards and 7.1 fantasy points per game over his previous three contests before the Week 12 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. However, he was outstanding against the AFC West division rivals, totaling 15 rushing attempts for 55 yards, two touchdowns, and 23.4 fantasy points, a season-high.
More importantly, the second-year running back has another appealing fantasy football matchup tomorrow against the Green Bay Packers. The NFC North team has surrendered 21.1 fantasy points per game to running backs, the 10th-most in the NFL. Furthermore, they have given up at least 125 rushing yards and a touchdown to running backs in two of their past three games.
