ANALYSIS: Isaiah McKenzie continues to carve out a role for himself in Buffalo's high-powered offense. McKenzie has garnered a combined 15 targets and two rush attempts across the Bills' last two games.
It's easy to get lost in the shuffle in an offense as talented as Buffalo's, but McKenzie has slowly established himself as the WR3 on this squad. He ran routes on 70% of Josh Allen's Week 14 dropbacks.
There will still be games in which the sixth-year pro simply disappears, such as a Week 11 stinker against the Browns that resulted in a fantasy goose egg. However, McKenzie has now put together solid outings in back-to-back games for the division-leading Bills. He's totaled 137 scrimmage yards and a score over Buffalo's last two games.
Firmly behind Stefon Diggs and Gabe Davis on the depth chart, fantasy managers should keep their expectations in check with McKenzie. That said, he's a dynamic, swiss-army-knife player that will put forth some spike performances thanks to playing in such a potent offense. He's a viable FLEX option in deeper leagues and his value would increase dramatically if either Diggs or Davis were to get injured.
