BALLER MOVE: Start if Jordan Mason (shoulder) can't play
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB3/RB4
ANALYSIS: San Francisco 49ers running back Isaac Guerendo showed in Week 6 that he would do just fine filling in for an injured Mason for a full game. He ripped of a 76-yard carry to seal the game, capping off a 10-carry, 99-yard rushing performance.

Nobody in Louisville is surprised.

If Mason can't go, it would probably be the former Louisville Cardinal that would take the reins of the rushing offense, and trusting in 49ers head coach Kyle Shanahan to scheme the run game to have great success is easy because he's done it a million times before.
"Just start the starting 49ers running back" is looking like a solid strategy in fantasy football this year. It helps that the top three running backs on his roster are all good football players.
The 49ers face the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 7, so the running room could be a bit tough to come by, but most Chiefs-49ers games are competitive, which helps with the game script -- closer games are more conducive to running for the losing team than blowouts. So if Mason can't play, slide Guerendo into your starting lineups.
