New York Jets quarterback Zach Wilson was coming off a career game in Week 14, where he threw for 301 yards and two touchdowns. But Wilson couldn't replicate that success early on against the Miami Dolphins in Week 15.
Wilson left last week's game early after suffering a concussion midway through the contest. Before his exit, he completed just four passes for 26 yards.
So, is Wilson injured or healthy? Will he play in Week 16? Let's dive in.

Zach Wilson Injury Update for Fantasy Football
There were conflicting reports about Wilson's injury when he first left Sunday's game. At first, the team said the quarterback was dealing with a wrist issue. Then, the Jets said he was dealing with dehydration. But moments after halftime, he was soon declared out with a head injury.
Following the loss, Jets head coach Robert Saleh said Wilson was placed in the concussion protocol. So now the 24-year-old quarterback will need to clear the five-step concussion protocol in order to play in Week 16 against the Cleveland Browns.
It's hard to tell when Wilson suffered the concussion in last week's game. But he was hit hard by the Dolphins' defense and was sacked four times in the first 25 minutes of play. He'll surely have an uphill battle to play this weekend.
Zach Wilson Fantasy Football Outlook
It's unclear which step Wilson is at in the five-step concussion protocol. but he will need to clear all those steps before returning to action. When he does clear it, though, Saleh did say that he will remain the starter for the Jets. If he can't go, veteran Trevor Siemian would likely step in.
If Wilson is cleared before this Sunday's game, he is too hard to trust in fantasy (even in Superflex formats). For starters, the young quarterback has only two games above 15 fantasy points this season. The first one came in Week 4 against the Kansas City Chiefs, and the other came two weeks ago against the Houston Texans.
On top of that, Wilson will also be facing an elite Browns defense. Cleveland's secondary is allowing the fourth-fewest fantasy points per game to quarterbacks in 2023 at just 13.8 points. Even if he is cleared for Week 16, there are likely better options on the waiver wire like Case Keenum or Nick Mullens.
